Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NAGOC.work and our digital products, including web apps and mobile apps (Android & iOS) (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Important: The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability (see Sections 9–11).

1) Who We Are

NAGOC.work (“NAGOC”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides digital products, including web applications and mobile applications.

2) Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Services.

3) Purchases, Subscriptions & Billing

One-time purchases: If a product is sold as a one-time purchase, you pay once for the access described at checkout.
Subscriptions: If a product is sold as a subscription, it may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Pricing: Prices, billing cycles, and what’s included are shown before you purchase.
Payments: Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

4) Delivery & Access

Access may be provided through an account, a product link, license key, download instructions, or official store links, depending on the product. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email/account used for purchase.

5) Refunds

Unless required by applicable law, all sales are final. If we choose to issue a refund, it is at our sole discretion and may be subject to conditions (for example, fraud prevention and usage review).

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for illegal activities
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the Services unless explicitly permitted in writing
Interfere with the security or operation of the Services

7) Intellectual Property

The Services, software, branding, designs, and content are owned by NAGOC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the Services as permitted by these Terms.

8) Service Changes & Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including features, integrations, or availability. We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature or version indefinitely.

9) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.

10) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAGOC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

This includes (without limitation) loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to NAGOC for the applicable product in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or the minimum amount permitted by law).

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NAGOC from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. For subscriptions, you must cancel through the applicable billing method to stop renewal.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our business operations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. (If you want, you can specify a jurisdiction here later.)

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
